Where is NJoy Designs based?

NJoy Designs is a small, independent brand based in Cairns, QLD, Australia. You can find NJoy Designs at regular local markets, including the Palm Cove and Tanks Markets, as well as other pop-ups throuhgout the Cairns region. All pieces are handmade and packaged with care before being shipped.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

We use carefully chosen, quality materials to ensure durability and comfort, including sterling silver, gold filled brass, thick gold and silver plated copper, and waterproof stainless steel, as well as a wide assortment of semi-precious gemstones and beads. All materials are hypo-allergenic, nickel-free, and suitable for sensitive skin. All jewellery is either waterproof or water resistant. Full material details can be found on each product listing.

Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?

Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur. These differences are normal and add to the individuality of each piece, but photos of listings are photographed to the best of our ability to show each item's true colours and features.

How long will my order take to ship?

Processing time is generally 1-4 business days to allow time for your piece(s) to be made. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when applicable - i.e. if you are not doing local pick up). We appreciate your patience as your order is custom-made before being sent out to you.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Yes! Please contact us through our contact form on this website or reach out over Instagram @njoy_designs_ for the quickest response time. We love custom pieces, and will walk you through the making and pricing before you make a purchase.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid water and chemicals, even when pieces are waterproof, as this helps maintain the piece's shine and luster. Store pieces in a sealed, dry place when not in use. Remove before sleeping and physical activity if you purchase a piece with natural seashells to protect them from damage.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of each piece being carefully handcrafted with size considerations and other variations taken into consideration for every order, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you'd like to contact us over any concerns for your order, please do not hesitate to do so.
