These rings are available in either thick gold or silver plating, sterling silver, or gold fill. 
If you opt for the thick plated option, it is recommended to remove your ring for swimming or showering. These will not lose their colour or shine if treated with appropriate care.

Due to the use of natural stones, it is recommended to remove these rings before sleeping to prevent them from becoming damaged. Each stone features natural slight variations, so no two are exactly alike.
